Over the last ten years I have been working with individuals and community groups, supporting them to overcome difficulties and bringing balance into their lives. I am particularly interested in cultural issues and trauma work. Furthermore, I am interested in human well-being and personal development in different realms. Thus, I have completed a Yoga teacher training in the Traditional Shivam Yoga School in Dublin.
Passionate about my work, I have a high cultural sensitivity and I work in both languages English and Spanish
I have a large experience in the mental health sector in Spain and Ireland. On the one hand I have worked empowering women and children who fled domestic violence in a refuge centre, with homeless, with unaccompanied minors, and in prison carrying out group therapy. On the other hand, I have worked in private practice as Psychotherapist in Dublin for 5 years in English and Spanish and in the Irish Rehabilitation Centre for Torture Survivors, Spirasi.
