Purpose of the data
The Owner collects certain personal data, introduced voluntarily by users in the different forms (“Contact”, “Schedule an appointment”) that can be found on www.lorenasanchezpsicoterapia.com. The data are used for the following purposes:
- To manage the requests for information, contact or resolution of incidents made by users through the means of contact published on the website (“Contact now”).
- To manage the comments published and/or shared by users on the website (“Opinions”), in the case that such section is available.
Obligatory nature of the data

Data will be kept for a maximum of 5 years.
Rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition
Interested parties may exercise their rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition, and revoke the consent given in each case for the processing and/or transfer of their data at any time, requesting it from the Owner via postal mail at the following address: 29 Rue Jules Sauzède, Appartement 2, Carcassonne, 11000, France or by sending an email to the following email address: email@example.com. In any case, the request must be accompanied by a copy of the official document proving the identity of the data subject.
The Owner, whose address is indicated in the previous clause, is the Data Controller. The Owner has duly registered its files in the Spanish Agency for Data Protection, which can be consulted at www.agpd.es.
The Owner guarantees the absolute confidentiality and privacy of the personal data processed, adopting security measures of a technical and/or organisational nature, necessary to avoid the alteration, loss, processing or unauthorised access to the data, thus guaranteeing their safety. The Owner shall not be held responsible, under any circumstances, for the incidents that may arise in relation to the personal data when derived from an attack or unauthorised access to the systems which would have been impossible to detect by means of the implemented security measures.
Veracity of the data
The users are responsible for the veracity of the data provided, committing themselves not to introduce false data and to modify them if necessary.
