The data provided by the interested parties are not transferred to third parties, unless it is expressly authorised to the Owner, and they are only communicated, where appropriate, in order to manage the services requested by the users. The communication of the data is linked to the very purpose for which the data have been introduced and, therefore, to the free and legitimate acceptance of the existing legal relationship between the interested parties and the Owner. The development of said relationship, its compliance and control necessarily involve the connection of the data, including their necessary transfer. By accepting this Privacy Policy, the interested parties declare to have been informed and consent to the communication of their data, without reservation, in the terms indicated in this clause. The interested parties may revoke the consent given as stated in this policy.

Users must refrain from providing the personal data of other people, unless they are expressly authorised to provide them, previously informing said people about the data processing applicable terms described in this Privacy Policy. The Owner may contact users at any time to prove the existence and content of the aforementioned authorisations.


The Owner guarantees the absolute confidentiality and privacy of the personal data processed, adopting security measures of a technical and/or organisational nature, necessary to avoid the alteration, loss, processing or unauthorised access to the data, thus guaranteeing their safety. The Owner shall not be held responsible, under any circumstances, for the incidents that may arise in relation to the personal data when derived from an attack or unauthorised access to the systems which would have been impossible to detect by means of the implemented security measures.
