Purchase conditions

The purpose of these terms and conditions of purchase is to inform users of the information relating to Lorena Sánchez Blanco's online shop, as well as the commercial transactions that may arise between Lorena Sánchez Blanco and the users of the HTTPS://LORENASANCHEZPSICOTERAPIA.COM/ domain. 

The acquisition of any of the services offered in the online shop implies the acceptance by the user, without reservations of any kind, of all the general contracting conditions specified here.

Placing an order

To place an order it is necessary to access the website HTTPS://LORENASANCHEZPSICOTERAPIA.COM/ access the section buy sessions, select the number of sessions and add them to the basket; once the sessions have been added to the basket, you must access the basket to complete the purchase process and fill in the online purchase form following the instructions indicated therein. You can only place an order if you are over 16 years of age, and it is recommended that up to the age of 18 you have the assistance and consent of your parents or guardians to complete the purchase process. 

The prices and offers reflected in HTTPS://LORENASANCHEZPSICOTERAPIA.COM/ are valid only and exclusively for online purchase and contracting through HTTPS://LORENASANCHEZPSICOTERAPIA.COM/; all prices and offers are exempt from VAT as provided for in Article 20.one.3 of Law 37/1992 of 28 December 1992 on Value Added Tax. 

The validation of the order by the customer implies knowledge and express acceptance of these terms and conditions of contract. 

Once the purchase has been made, Lorena Sánchez Blanco will contact the customer as soon as possible to arrange the provision of the service purchased.

Availability of services

The services offered by Lorena Sánchez Blanco at HTTPS://LORENASANCHEZPSICOTERAPIA.COM/ are valid as long as they are visible on the website. 

Non-execution of the contract 

In the event of non-performance of the service by Lorena Sánchez Blanco, either because Lorena Sánchez Blanco is unable to carry it out or for any other reason, Lorena Sánchez Blanco will inform the client of the lack of availability and/or the reason for non-performance of the contract and will reimburse the client without undue delay for any sums paid by the client. 

In the event of unjustified delay by Lorena Sánchez Blanco of the amounts paid by the customer, the customer may claim double the amount owed, without prejudice to the customer's right to be compensated for damages in accordance with the provisions of Article 110.2 of Law 3/2014, of 27 March, which amends the revised text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, approved by Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of 16 November.

To make the claims provided for in article 110 of Law 3/2014, of 27 March, which amends the revised text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, approved by Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of 16 November, the customer should contact Lorena Sánchez Blanco by any of the following means:

How and when the service is provided

Once the sessions have been purchased through the online shop on the website HTTPS://LORENASANCHEZPSICOTERAPIA. COM/, Lorena Sánchez Blanco will contact the client to carry out the provision of the service at the latest within 30 calendar days from the completion of the purchase process in accordance with the provisions of Article 109 of Law 3/2014, of 27 March, which amends the revised text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, approved by Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of 16 November.

Payment

Payment for each of the contracted sessions must be made before the sessions begin. 

Lorena Sánchez Blanco allows the client to pay the price of the contracted sessions by various means, with the client being able to choose the means that best suits him/her or that best adapts to his/her needs. 

-Payment by bank transfer: the client can pay directly into Lorena Sánchez Blanco's bank account, the number of which will be provided to the client. 

-Through the website: HTTPS://LORENASANCHEZPSICOTERAPIA.COM/

Right of withdrawal

In accordance with the provisions of Article 102 of Law 3/2014, of 27 March, which amends the revised text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, approved by Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of 16 November, the customer has the right to withdraw from the contract for a period of 14 calendar days without stating the reason.

In order to withdraw from the contract, the customer must send Lorena Sánchez Blanco a communication by one of the following means:

However, the customer will not have the right of withdrawal when the service has been completely executed or when the execution of the service has begun.

Refund of amounts paid

The refund of the amounts paid by the customer will be made through the means of payment used for the purchase. 

Lorena Sánchez Blanco will not refund the amount once the service has been provided. The price to be refunded is the price that appeared on the website at the time the service was contracted. 

In cases where a refund is applicable, Lorena Sánchez Blanco will refund the amount within a maximum period of 15 days.

Regulations and jurisdiction

These terms and conditions shall be governed by Spanish law. For all matters not provided for herein, Law 3/2014, of 27 March, which amends the revised text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, approved by Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of 16 November, and other regulations applicable to online sales, shall apply. 

The parties expressly waive any forum or jurisdiction to which they may be entitled and agree to submit to the courts of A Coruña any question or dispute arising from the validity, interpretation, fulfilment or execution of the purchase contract and these terms and conditions of purchase.
